Packages for 2 Clients

$975 - 3 Appointment Package ($325 per appointment)

$1,800 - 6 Appointment Package ($300 per appointment)

$2,475 - 9 Appointment Package ($275 per appointment)

Payment for services will be taken at the time that the service is rendered.

Due to the virtual natural of services, cash and checks are not accepted.

24-hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling is required. If a client cancels or reschedules with less than 24-hours notice, or no-shows a confirmed appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged in order to protect appointment times.

For clients who have purchased an appointment package, the scheduled appointment will be forfeited if canceled with less than 24-hours notice or not attended.

3 Appointment Package - must be used within 45 days of purchase date.

6 Appointment Package - must be used within 90 days of purchase date.

9 Appointment Package - must be used within 180 days of purchase date.

Coaching services do not quality for insurance, HSA, or FSA reimbursement.
