Individual Coaching

Relationship Coaching
For individuals or pairs who want to strengthen communication, deepen connection, or improve dynamics with a partner, friend, family member, or colleague. Relationship coaching can focus on relational patterns, communication styles, conflict management, and building relational insight and skill.
Occupational Coaching
Work-related coaching focused on enhancing your satisfaction and performance in your professional life. As a licensed clinical psychologist and coach, I’m uniquely positioned to offer both services—independently and with clear boundaries—so that your work always aligns with your goals. We will begin with an initial exploratory and goal setting appointment. During this appointment we will create a framework for future appointments.
Following this appointment, you will receive an action plan that is specific to you and your goals. After you have reviewed, made any changes, and signed off on this plan, we will begin meeting for follow up appointments.
Coaching appointments and packages are customized to your needs and may include weekly, biweekly, or monthly appointments with ongoing email and phone support between meetings.

All coaching appointments are conducted virtually via secure video.
If you would prefer an in person coaching session, please discuss this with me at the outset of our agreement. These may incur additional travel fees.

Although coaching services and the information shared within coaching appointments is not legally protected, as in psychotherapy, I aim to provide my coaching clients with the utmost privacy and discretion.
Although coaching is not a therapeutic or clinical service, I am a licensed psychologist and remain legally and ethically obligated to report certain information, such as suspected abuse or imminent risk of harm to self or others, to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
All coaching clients will receive a privacy document at the outset of our appointment that explains privacy expectations explicitly.
If you are someone who needs additional privacy considerations, please discuss those with me at the outset.

Packages are available for 3, 6 or 9 appointments are offered at a discount if booked together and paid in full.

Is a private-pay service designed for clients seeking enhanced clarity, purpose, and performance. Insurance, FSA, and HSA cannot be used for coaching services.
Available to anyone, regardless of geographic location. Coaching is not restricted by licensure location.

Coaching may be ideal if you’re ready to make intentional changes, strengthen your relationships, or take purposeful action toward your goals

Available only to clients living in geographic locations that a therapist is licensed in.

Therapy may be the right fit if you’re seeking emotional healing, deeper self-understanding, or relief from distress.
